Jennifer
About the Job
Jennifer is warm, smart, steady, and quietly hilarious - the kind of teacher who can command a room without raising her voice. She has spent years helping other people grow: her students, her children, her school community. Now she is going back for her masters so she can step into leadership. At school, we see her in her element — funny, firm, beloved, surrounded by middle school chaos. At home, we see the other half of her life: teenagers, family dinners, late-night studying, and the strange intimacy of cramming for a test on the floor beside her daughter. She carries authority, tenderness, exhaustion, and hope all at once. PERFORMANCE NOTES: Natural, intelligent, emotionally restrained but deeply felt.
